This astounding and wonderful Amish Greene & Greene 4-Drawer File Cabinet is constructed skillfully by highly experienced Amish Craftsmen and is made of individually hewn solid Pennsylvania Cherry Wood planks with tenons and beautifully placed ebony insets. The detailed joinery of this piece is typical of that seen in the Gamble House of Pasadena, California. This classic and timeless File Cabinet is a hallmark to the contributions of the Arts & Crafts movement. This File is remarkably unique not only because of its indisputable antique design, but because it is made from the hardest of all North American Hardwood.

This outstandingly durable File Cabinet is sealed with a conversion varnish that protects this elegant piece from water, oil, alcohol and even nail polish. In addition, the drawers feature English dovetails, and they sit on full-extension ball bearings that gently and effortlessly glide open and shut. Moreover, every surface of this File is softly smoothed and rounded to the touch without sharp corners or edges.
