Amish Crafted Solid Wood Furniture This astounding and wonderful 63" x 30" Greene & Greene Desk is constructed skillfully by highly experienced Amish Craftsmen and is made of individually hewn solid Pennsylvania Cherry Wood planks with tenons and beautifully place ebony insets. The detailed joinery of this piece is typical of that seen in the Gamble House of Pasadena, California. This classic and timeless Desk is a hallmark to the contributions of the Arts & Crafts movement and is remarkably unique not only because of its indisputable antique design, but because it is made from the hardest of all North American Hardwood.

This outstandingly durable Desk is sealed with a conversion varnish that protects this elegant piece from water, oil, alcohol and even nail polish. In addition, the drawers feature English dovetails, and they sit on full-extension ball bearings that gently and effortlessly glide open and shut. Moreover, every surface of this desk is softly smoothed and rounded to the touch without sharp corners or edges.

This Amish Greene & Greene Desk is available to be custom made in a variety of woods and finishes. The simplicity yet durable quality of this Desk is made of Cherry Wood (shown). This piece will last you for generations making it a great addition to your Office.
