The detailed joinery of this piece is typical of that seen in the Gamble House of Pasadena, California. This classic and timeless armoire is a hallmark of the contributions of the Arts & Crafts movement. This armoire is remarkably unique not only because of its indisputable antique design but because it is made from the hardest of all North American Hardwood.

This outstandingly durable armoire is sealed with a conversion varnish that protects this elegant piece from water, oil, alcohol, and even nail polish. In addition, the drawer features English dovetails, and they sit on full-extension ball bearings that gently and effortlessly glide open and shut. Moreover, every surface of this chest is softly smoothed and rounded to the touch without sharp corners or edges.
