The style of both table and chair feature Parker legs that are proportional to each other. These legs are built using tall pieces of solid wood stacked up like columns with hollow spaces between them. This construction method gives the entire set a lighter feel while still retaining the durability and sturdiness of the piece. Constructed by skilled Amish craftsmen using solid Quarter Sawn White Oak, you can take pride in owning furniture built to the highest standards with the strictest attention to detail.

This beautiful set features a rack and pinion mechanism on equalizer sides which allows the table to extend from a small modest size to something more highly accommodating (up to 18 leaves). This makes the table very versatile, perfect for smaller dining spaces or for grand family events. Furthermore, the finish is sealed with conversion varnish that protects this elegant piece from water, oil, alcohol and even nail polish. The other features of this set includes hand fitted leaves for a perfect fit that relinquishes any trace of gaps on the beautifully finished table top. These features give this table not only a refined look but a prestigious feel as well.
